I am a graphic designer with extensive experience in branding, editorial design, packaging, web design and art direction, among other skills. I understand graphic design as a way to add value to projects with a contemporary language, providing solutions to communication problems without losing sight of the client’s objective.
Graduate in Fine Arts (University of Valencia (Spain)), in the specialty of Engraving (1992-1997); and Master in Multimedia Interface Design (Elisava Design School of Barcelona (Spain) (2004-2005)).
After finishing my studies in Fine Arts I began my professional life working as an industrial designer in ceramics at ALICER, the Association for the Promotion of Ceramic Design (Castellón de la Plana, Spain). Throughout this time, I continued my artistic development being part of the group of artists represented by the contemporary art gallery Cànem (Castellón, Spain). My work was exhibited in contemporary art fairs including Estampa (1999, 2000 and 2001), Art Miami (2003, 2004 and 2005), Art Santander (2007), Valencia Art (2007) and ARCO (2008).
In 2004, I began my studies at ELISAVA School of Design in Barcelona. Between 2005 and 2007, I worked as a web designer at ACTAR Publishers. From 2007 to 2013, I worked as a graphic designer at Rosa Lázaro Studio, where I handled projects of packaging, editorial design, branding, and web design. From 2013 to 2015 I worked as a senior designer at Clase Bcn, an award-winning design studio made up of a team of young, international, multidisciplinary professionals.
I now live in New York City and work as a freelance graphic designer.
